Draw a border with a title strip. Dimensions of the border should be 7.00"x10.00". Make the title strip big enough to fit following data:

- Scale
- Units (English or Metric)
- Date.
Use ROMANS font style. Always keep the same width factor (1) and change only the height in your text style.
